How do I download content to my phone?
- Select the item of mobile content you wish to download
- You can purchase via 3 different methods:
- Premium SMS - send the ID code of the item to displayed number
- Credit card – charge up your account and just click “buy now”
- Paypal - enter your mobile number, click the paypal button and fill out your paypal details
- You will receive a message on your phone telling you that your content is ready for download
- Click on the message on your handset, this will connect to the server and begin the download
- View the content and save it to your phone
- Remember to end your WAP/GRPS session
I can't seem to get any content on my phone
If you are having problems sending and receiving content your phone may not be 'WAP enabled'. If you have downloaded anything from a mobile site, or browsed the web on your phone, then your phone is WAP enabled. If it isn't then you will have to:
Call your carrier and tell them you want to WAP enable your handset. The numbers are:
- Optus mobile technical support: 1300 307 937
- Telstra mobile: 1300 131 816
- Virgin Mobile customer service: 1300 555 100
- Vodafone: 1300 30 10 30
